"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."

"The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English.
