"There was an issue with the water line/ plumbing in our unit. The toilet woul not flush properly and we would have to wait at randoms times for the cistern of the toilet to fill with water. As someone whose understands the importance of conserving water it would have been helpful to have been notified of this in advance. Outside of that staff was very helpful, cleared out room and the breakfast was great."

"The rooms were decent size and beds comfortable. The breakfast was terrible and not very many options. The housekeeping was lacking - didn't take / replace towels or empty shower gels/shampoos. Room keys kept disabling not letting us in the bldg or our room. The pool was small and freezing cold - couldn't use. The outside patio furniture was broken and filthy. It was an awful experience and would not recommend or ever stay here again. It was a very expensive and disappointing...

"Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. "

"On a very busy Memorial weekend the staff did an excellent job of keeping us all happy. I only wish the bar had stayed open later! The breakfast was huge and hot and had everything you could imagine. I found the lighting in the room a tad dim except for the bathroom. Otherwise I have no other negative thoughts."
