"Urbano was Excellent!!! Perfect location to walk and see Lisbon. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Pedro. They made the trip so much easier and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was delicious and the room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again!!!"

"El alojamiento esta muy bien, pleno centro de Lisboa, con todas las comodidades, pero tiene algo malo, que al no tener recepcion, no te dan la habilitacion hasta la hora marcada que son maximo de pronto las 14:00h. Al no tener recepcion, no hay la posiblidad que puedas tener antes la habitaicion si estubiera hecha y la consigna son 4 taquillas gigantes de las que te cobran por horas por meter las maletas. "west light was very close to all transportation and restaurants it was also close to the river. The area has hills and for me going uphill was difficult but my son had no problem.I was also close to the FIFA watch parties.The room itself was narrow rather wide but suited us. The staff was amazing patiently answering all our questions and breakfast was free and tasty"

"I would not recommend this hotel and would not book again! We were dropped off at what says is the location and the hotel is not to be seen ! It is down a very dirty back alley which is not good at night at all it’s is very cobbled with big holes! No taxi will take you down the alley to the street nor pick you up !!!! I felt very unsafe and that was on arrival in the day light. I requested an early check in in advance of possible but this did not happen. The pool is very dangerous with no side...

"Great location with very friendly staff. We were welcomed with a free drink on the terrace which was lovely. There is a parking garage very close by which was only 20EUR for about 20hrs worth of parking."
