"I emailed, messaged via Expedia and the website 3 times in the weeks before my flight to get more info and request the airport shuttle. No response and so had to pay 5 JD at 11pm to get to the hotel after my arrival, just a short drive down the road. "First of all my bad experience started with Expedia I checked on single occupancy however we were two
When I arrived to the hotel they asked for extra 20 jod because we were two
When I checked online it was the same rate
I contacted the help line with Expedia they were not helpful
And I am sure it’s unfair I should have been refunded for the extra money
The room was horrible smelly and not clean at all the towels were old
The amenities are not there
The whole room smells old and rotten...

"The room can be cleaned better. There are stains on the walls. The door of the shower doesn't close properly so water leaks out.
The reception people were very helpful. However, the person at the entrance of the hotel was mean and didn't even offer to help me with my bag.
Breakfast is okay but it's missing so many stuff."
