"The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep. The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only. Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold. While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all."

Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemüht, aber bei den vielen Räumen natürlich total überfordert. In unserem Zimmer...

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
