"Clean rooms, nice place with friendly staff. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where breakfast was an additional charge, but .. it was pretty good, with a nice selection.
The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice.
Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! ...

"We've stayed here the past few years and have always enjoyed the hotel and the area around it. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are spacious and clean and everything we want to do is within walking distance!"

"The property is a self service/self check-in hotel. Texting a selfie to ensure I meet their security protocol was the first in a long list of issues. From the instructions on how to get in the front door, to parking, to an air conditioner that blew cold air on us, the list never seemed to end. I will not return nor give them a positive review."

"The Graduate is fortunate that they have a fantastic location, because the hotel itself is run down and badly needs a renovation. The lobby and rooms badly need to be upgraded, and I imagine the owners could then get top dollar."

"Fantastic friendly and efficient service. Absolutely spotless room. Lovely Occitane toiletries, luxurious bathrooms, and a huge bathroom. Cookies baked every evening. Incredible service. Suite 9 was perfect for a couple + kid."
