"We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc. "

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, and the gentleman assisting during breakfast was exceptionally kind.
