Staff are very relaxed and quite chilled. Room was adequate - comfy bed . Far too hot with mossie net lowered - even with fan and aircon on the room is quite warm making for restless sleep. Also organised a tour of the city for us. "

"空港から10分ほどの距離でスーパーも近く、遅くまであいている飲食店もあるので到着日の宿泊に利用しましたがとても便利でした。カナダに住んでいたオーナーご夫婦の英語は聞きやすく、信頼できるTukTukのチャーターやアーユルヴェーダのインストラクターさんによるボディ、フェイシャルマッサージもお手頃な価格で手配してくれて、居心地がよかったので残りの滞在もこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。シャワールームもトイレもモダンな感じで清潔感があります。ホテルに自生している木から落ちてくるマンゴーが落ちてきたのをスタッフの方が切ってくれたり、とても心の温まる素晴らしい対応でした。"

"We stayed here on two separate occasions. We found the desk staff very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would like to see the hotel remove the small plastic cups of water in the room and replace with a filtered water fountain on each floor. Overall a good place to stay and very close to The Ministry of Crab. With regards to the restaurant, it is a tacky, bleak environment with awful food for breakfast. "Arrived late after a long day flying. Check in was as swift as it could be and we were soon in our room. Clean and cool with comfy beds, toiletries available, water, etc. what more could you need for a stay between flights? Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. But oddly tea was not readily available though they brewed a pot when I asked. The staff are all so lovely and extremely helpful and friendly. Laying by the pool is bliss (still here!) and they’ve given us a complimentary late...

"Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. Be careful and double check your statements as they take your bank card and disappear with it. They don’t need a pin or a signature to take money out. Shocking! "

"It’s not a big property, it has some height but not too much wide. But it’s well managed and have good view too. Food quality is better we tried their evening snack platter and that was awesome. Room space is quite decent and have all the necessary stuff. Duty manager and staff is very polite and helpful. Location was it’s good as well, one mall and street food market is near."

"Great stay at the Blue Water Hotel. The view is incredible, overseeing the beach and beautiful hotel layout. The rooms are very nice too but could do with a little bit of updating minor details. The pool is HUGE with plenty of privacy. There is a beach that the hotel overlooks too which you can access. The only downside was that the whole steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was down for maintaince so couldn’t enjoy the spa facilities. The massage prices are also way too high for the country. "
