"Top notch! Will definitely stay here again. Great location, delicious breakfast buffet and Ocean Breeze Bar was fun. Workout facilities were clean and full of latest equipment. There were plenty of areas to go and relax, the ocean was relaxing and the rooms were clean and quiet!"

"The staff was really nice, the pool was nice and the small beach with reserved chairs and umbrellas was great. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw lots of tropical fish, cute hermit crabs were always out at night, loved the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. This place is ok if you want some relaxing, non-busy time with your family. The vibe is just okay quality wise. Rooms and amenities are a little old and run down, but totally met our needs as we were out and about most days. Wished there was two working elevators. The restaurant food was good and the breakfast area had good coffee and breakfast options. Not sure if we’d stay there again but was a great price for the week. Pros and cons, but overall I’d recommend."

"First, the staff is outstanding. upon arrival Dylan checked us in. This young man was professional but more importantly super friendly. He provided us with great information about the local neighborhood and some super dining recommnedations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Room has all the basics a traveler would need. The downsides to staying at this hotel range from the overpriced drinks and food to the resort fee added to the end of the stay bill. A gin & tonic was $18.00 as opposed to a well crafted cocktail in Old San Jaun was $15.00. The pool area is nice but very small. Most chairs are not in the sun for a good portion of the day. The area being small, it was difficult to find chairs, especially when the hotel allows cruiseship guest to rent out cabanas (not in the sun). Then the cruiseship guest take pool chairs as well. Given the limited pool area it is unclear what the resort fee is for. Very disappointing overall. The best part of our stay was the staff! "
