Khách sạn 4 sao tại Quận Downtown Cairô

"Disappointing Overall Experience. We arrived at night only to be told that no rooms were available. We were offered accommodation at a lesser hotel about a 10-minute walk away, where we had to check in separately, check out the following day, and then return to this hotel for our room. No assistance was provided throughout this process, which was particularly frustrating after travelling. The room itself was okay, but the service was poor. Our room was not cleaned until we raised the issue...

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"The didnt find my reservation"

"Not what I expected, but okay I guess...."

"Funcionários incríveis e localização excelente"

"Annoying worker I ordered food delivery and he stayed 30 min and they didnt allow him to bring it to my room or they bring it and i had to go down to collect it Rooms are old and water is dirty"

"Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property! "

"Yes"

"We were a group of 8 who rented the apartment for 5 days. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had just been thoroughly cleaned. The apartment was the perfect choice for us while exploring Cairo. It is centrally located, with most sights just a short distance away. There is an ATM and shops just a few meters from the main entrance. The apartment itself was very spacious, featuring 4 good-sized bedrooms and a very large living room. Our host, Ms. Nagwa, was exceptional. She was very...

"I like the location, I don’t like there is no air conditioner in the living and dining areas also there is one and a half bathroom and that cause bathroom line the elevator is not working properly sometimes"

"We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
