"We stayed for a weekend and we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and loved the open foyer area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the size of the shower. Only thing we didnt like was the plastic mattress topper which kept sliding around on the bed. Plus we wanted double room and got two singles?"

"The staff was great upon our arrival by being so pleasant and quickly getting us taken care of. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. It's about 20 minutes away from town, but 2 different trams stop a couple of minutes walk away. We would come again and recommend it to others."

"The Hotel is great. Everything you would expect at this level. Nothing dissapointed. However the staff, and the service they provided, was superior to even the most high-end Hotels I have stayed in. You could not ask for more friendly and helpful service, even when I rolled in after midnight, with a whole host of issues. Spencer and Sharon set a new bar that I don't think will ever be met, and I will not forget how much they helped in a truly genuine and caring way. Thank You!!! The room...

"Lovely, fun and sassy place to stay. Adults only. The room was incredibly quiet being so close to the city and trains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the roofbar very lively. The room needed some maintenance, which we told the front desk about. I'd recommend asking for a quiet room on the canal side, which seemed quieter than the train side, and definitely not having a room over the bar next door, which seemed to go late into the morning.
