"Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "

"While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel."

"The hotel was clean. The room was really nice. The primary reason for the reduced ratings was the inflexibility of the staff with the check-in time. When I called to see if it was possible to check-in early, I was advised that I could do so if I was willing to pay an additional $200 Swedish dollars. I therefore rode around on the tram for 2 hours and then waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes until the 4:00 p.m. check in time. It is very inconvenient for international travelers to wait...
