"I was not pleased with the way they handled our room check in . We got there at 3 then we was told our room was not ready , she tried to offer a different room which cost less then when I bought it up she tried to offer me 130. 00 we was way off from what I paid for my original room . "Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor, both in quality and service, and the staff at breakfast did not feel welcoming or attentive. In addition, the man at the front desk was not friendly or helpful.
In my opinion, this hotel is only suitable if you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring and just need a place to sleep. It’s not the kind of hotel I would recommend for a relaxing vacation where you want to stay at the property and...

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

"Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again."
