"I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. "We stayed here because it was right next door to the Toyota Center. The hotel is a gorgeous property. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice... food, entertainment, and green space. We had a drink at one of the bars. The drink was great and the service was wonderful. We had a late night snack and one of the restaurants, even though they got slammed by a big crowd, I felt like they handled it well. The food was great. "The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours."
