"There’s only one older gentleman that we found helpful his name is Alassdaier. Aside from that no smiling faces at the front desk. The room was filthy. Carpets stained, shower hadn’t been scrubbed and cleaned properly. Black stains on shower stall. Towels are dingy. Coverlet removed and stained decorative pillows. Nobody had bothered to vacuum the room and when we arrived there was popcorn on the floor that remained until we left. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows essentially flat....

"I was in the room 077 and the mattress was very uncomfortable, several clients were complained about the same thing. The carpet was wet at the entrance of the room.we reported the problem but the technician never came to fix.We requested a room change , but was not possible because they said the hotel was fully booked. I'dont understand how a hotel of this standard can have such uncomfortable mattresses.I would not recommend staying here if you have other options."

"My toilet didn’t work and sink didn’t drain. Bar and restaurant staff were haughty. Our server disappeared and didn’t return to take our dessert order or give the bill. Lobby is nice but the rooms are lacking. I paid way too much money fora room with no working toilet or sink and no way to adjust the air. Told staff and they shrugged and said sorry. There are other hotels in the area. Best to try them"

"We' stayed at this beautiful property once before, and we loved the cool, sleek design of the rooms. But the first issue I noticed this time was the mold growing in the floor and shower grout. The water pressure was low and nor hot in th mornings, and the sink and the shower had drainage issues. Also, it would have been helpful to have more lighting over the sink area, as it was difficult to see into the mirror with only a makeup mirror light . These issues need to be dealt with, especially the...
