"Fabulous place!! The people here are so helpful and friendly! Well, it is Sri Lanka after all!! What a gem this hotel is, the spa treatments are fab and even though we didn't pay for meals to be included we have eaten most of our meals here, lovely!! Would definitely stay again. rooms are clean and spacious and the staff will supply you with anything you should need. Fab!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the lagoon paradise resort and even decided to stay one day longer than initially planned. You can enjoy the breakfast (as well as dinner) in the nice beach restaurant with a great view. We booked a cabana which was located near the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tangalle! Special thanks also to the staff (especially Weerasena & Thisara) who were more than welcoming."

"Nice and comfy room. Beautiful garden with many beautiful birds and other wildlife. Close to the beach. Plus is for the distance to Galle Road (which is very noisy). The dinner was good, but far from great. The curry’s are way to salty. Same as for the breakfast (don’t try the chocolate pancakes). Beautiful place and very friendly staff. - Big minus for the hotels own landfill that you see if you take a walk outside the fences. They should really clean that up. Not ok! "

"What can I say about the best 4 nights/ 5 day stay at the stunning Uga Prāva? Impeccable, luxurious, relaxed, elegant, extremely friendly staff (Prem is one wonderful butler), delicious food. The attention to detail is on- point, everything from the seamlessly understated decor, to the gorgeous infinity pool, gardens, view out over the Indian Ocean, quiet, seriously comfortable suites, .. I could go on and on. If I could rate it, we would give Uga Prāva 7 out of 5 stars 🌟 We will be returning!"

"Family were beautiful and accommodating The house is great and perfect for a long term stay Shops a restaurants are around a 15 minute walk away but once you start walking you are likely to walk pas a free tuk tuk you can jump in I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and it was perfect Pool is great, house facilities are great. "We were really impressed with the location, and it comes with 3 dogs (which is always s plus!). Sadly, a few things marred the experience. Hot water is rather non existent. You get warm water after running the shower for a long time, which is a terrible waste. The dogs are left out at night and they can bark extensively and no one seems to care. The main gate to the property is left open which doesn't seem to be very safe. I guess the dogs are there for this reason, but then when the dogs...
