"Very decent work option for the price. Yes - Macdonald’s properties look tired and in need of refurbishment, but that’s the brand and they do it well. Excellent gym / leisure available for a hotel with large pool. Loved the free water refill stations on the corridors to help reduce waste. "

"I could not use the shower in my room. The smell from the drain was absolutely horrendous. I had to put a towel over the drain just so I could go in there & use the toilet. The smell was so bad that I surprised Housekeeping staff did not inform them before putting a guest in there! Both bedside sockets for lamps did not work. Luckily I only had one night there & so I told them about this the next morning at checkout. I was advised that a manager would contact me, but I heard nothing."

"I booked one room online but the app crashed before I could confirm it so I booked it again. I was told I booked two rooms ??????? I told the receptionist to cancel it ! He told me to go online to cancel it then I went online to do so but it was directed me back to the hotel ?????? What is going on ????????"
