"We stayed at Sonesta in mid May of this year. We had many family members staying there in different rooms. Malak, the manager at Sonesta was very helpful and accommodating. He was responsive for change request, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area and outside porch was great for a large group such as ours to congregate. We also enjoyed Vine and Forge, the restaurant there. The staff were excellent, the food was great, and the bar/restaurant area had great atmosphere. It was also very convenient to be able to dine within the Hotel. Christian our waiter our last evening provided great service, had very good recommendations, and was very enjoyable to talk with. Thanks to everyone at Sonesta for making a family gathering such an enjoyable experience."

"Great location. Easy to walk to food and activities around. Beds were very comfortable. We grabbed a drink in the attached pub that was warm and comfortable while the rain came down. Played jenga and enjoyed the crowd. Only negative is parking which I traveled enough not suprised - options are valet for $40/day or self park in public parking garage which cost $33/day"

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was fantastic. Especially Drew at the front desk. He went above and beyond in getting us on the same floor as my daughter and the grandkids who were travelling from Chicago. The ONLY disappointing thing was they could not get the tv in the living area working. The tv in the bedroom worked and had to watch the cartoons/movies in our bedroom on the bed with my wife and the two grandchildren. The menu was pricey. Two steaks (New Strips) were $136 which included no sides. Again, overall experience was excellent. Conveniently, located across the street from COSI where we took our 3 year old grandson, and he had a blast! bernie"
