"Super spacious n clean room. The breakfast is amazing. A lovely spread with lots of variety. The staff is super friendly n helpful. Smack in the middle of Old Town n close to everything. I had a very comfortable stay."

"Had a great stay however did have an issue towards the end of our stay with the maids going through our belongings.
Would definitely recommend locking all suitcases and putting valuables in the safe as a precaution."

"And pose now this hotel was extremely convenient. Only a six minute walk to the main square yet it was quiet for sleeping at night due to the separation of a couple blocks. The staff was extremely helpful in booking our next train to our next destination and organizing morning taxis to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is phenomenal. The 24 hour coffee tea water station was truly fantastic very good quality, cappuccinos, and very good for the business person...

"It is sad to see a hotel decline as this Novotel has. I have been staying here each year for about the past 4 or 5 years and steadily see services and quality go down but the prices increase! Where do I start:

"Front desk staff were very welcoming and the pre-check-in questionnaire is a lovely touch. The room was beautifully unique and the bathroom clean and fresh, especially pleased they had air conditioning as it was so hot (June 2026).
Highly recommend for adults, not sure what amenities they had for kids."
