"This hotel is in a fantastic location in Venice. Our room had a large and comfortable king sized bed and overlooked a canal with gondolas coming and going! The bathroom was large and all amenities were very clean. It’s located right next to St Mark’s square, a fantastic tourist attraction, where you can find museums and shopping. "This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others."

"We stayed over the night before our cruise. BEST idea ever!! Got to see San Marcos Square and take a gondola ride and still around the Grand Canal..all in a mess than 20 hour stay! Very convenient access to the train (2 min walk) and extremely helpful staff. Ruth was incredible and called us a taxi when we missed our first train (user error) She patiently told us all the ways to go and places to eat and helped every time we had a question, which was plenty. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful...

"The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it."

"Great place the only complaint is about the front desk . One of the girls there was very un respectful to help to call a taxi, very rude, like she is stress work there. I was there with my whole family 16 people…and really that is I gave you 3 start in customer service only. For the other side everybody was nice ! "
