"My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here, and we had a wonderful time! From our beautiful Presidential Suite to our amazing butlers, Rowan and Nickesha who went above and beyond for us everything was fantastic. The food was good, the pool area was fun, and the bar service at the Diamond Club pool was excellent — Ashley was phenomenal!
The bar service at the party pool bar, however, was very slow and lacked personality, even though we were tipping $3–$5 per round.

"We had the worst deluxe pool.cottage, the highest on the estate, pool didn't work had to ask reception at least 3 times before resolved.
Ocean view was over 400 metres away.
Blue building on our left, reception said it was an administration office, it was in fact a water pumping station and sewerage treatment works, it was very noisy.
When challenged they blamed experian itself, saying they had a poor relationship with them and to get a better deluxe cottage we should of used their own...

Decent size bedroom and bathroom and lovely double patio with garden overhangs and pool view.
The whole complex however is a bit dated and the paper flowers in the lobby are hideous."

"This place was absolutely beautiful. Food was great. Views were amazing. The ONLY thing a bit negative is that the locals and staff were not that welcoming. Some staff were excellent and friendly, some were not. Overall, I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful time celebrating my 45th birthday at the Verandah. I met some of the best people.
