"Very friendly and professional staff. The area surrounding the resort feels deserted but I think that’s par for the course around Niagara Falls. Did not feel unsafe, however. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, and the view of Canada and the American side of the falls was great! At 10pm you also get to see fireworks each night. The restaurants are pricey but food was average at best. We enjoyed our stay but wished they’d invest in better ventilation - the first floor reeked of cigarette...

"I love the original architectural character that has been retained, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I also enjoy the convenient location, especially during the Allentown Art Festival weekend. However, there are some areas that can use an update or maintenance. The shower in my original room did not function properly and I had to switch rooms. I didn't appreciate the inconvenience. If I stay again, I will be sure to ask if everything is in proper working order before I'm assigned...
