"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

"Negatives… poor and intermittent internet, only 2 TV stations worked, walls must be paper thin as every night we were awoken by neighbouring arriving back late and talking loudly, silly shower setup meant lots of water on the floor, quite a walk to Nana BTS, and even though it is very close to Makkasan MRT for the Airport Train, the setup of the streets make it too long to walk. "Very helpful staff at the reception, room is clean and spacious, good breakfast. Have free tuk tuk to the nearby BTS station. Only one issue is the room's sound proof is not that good, can hear people talking from next room. Overall is a nice hotel. "

The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. "This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

The hotel is located in a touristy area where it can become loud and busy during nighttime. The beds are comfortable and our rooms were serviced. "
