"Upon our arrival, there was no assistance provided with our luggage at the entrance, and check-in took approximately 30 to 40 minutes. The bathroom showed visible mold. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the condition of the hotel and the service provided, and we would not choose to stay there again. On the positive side, the following day the staff held our luggage safely until we departed for our cruise."
