"Simple, clean & quiet boutique hotel with high quality comfortable large bed & pillows in a decent sized room. Staff were excellent & helpful prior & during the stay - we paid extra for a pre-arranged early check in. We planned to get the Metro (10 mins walk) however this was closed for weekend work which meant $$$ on taxis. Restaurant options are limited - this is a local neighbourhood away from the centre of Rome but found amazing deli & coffee en route. In typical Rome style, the plumbing...

"Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it. "
