"We checked in around 1 am. There was no airport shuttle and we had to take a private taxi from airport 45 CHF. On arrival we were given rooms on the ground floor. Both the rooms had big spiders crawling around. There were cobwebs everywhere. Room was dirty and looked like no maintenance being done. When we requested a change of rooms they said no rooms available. We had difficulty sleeping that night and checked out early next morning. I would avoid this hotel"

"Wifi is horrible, not consistent and would constantly drop.
Location is great, close to tram and close to airport. There are supermarkets nearby. Free breakfast was good with enough selections."

"I stayed at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich by IHG in late April, and overall I felt the value was nowhere near commensurate with the cost per night.
The room was marketed as “cosy,” but in practice it felt extremely claustrophobic. There was barely any space between the end of the bed and the wall, creating a narrow passageway. At one point, my travel companion tripped and fell due to the tight squeeze.

"The room was disgusting. The bedding, floors, desk, chairs were dirty, spotted, and there was a dirty glass left in the bathroom.
We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them.
They hotel advertised breakfast with the room but after it it booked you find out it is not included. The hotel will not tell guy where the bus or train station is located. Horrible place to stay!"
