"Property location is exceptional - it's on the beach surrounded by tennis , golf (15 min), tons of great ( expensive) restaurants and pools. Convenience, overall property energy ( it's very green) is priceless. Service exceptional. Rooms inside a bit dated and could use upgrade. Bed is not the most comfortable - frame makes noise and mattress is not the best. Old AC don't cool the room the best ( we were there at mid 80s) temp. Sheets are good as are pillows and bedding. For such high end...

"We visit this hotel every year it’s a great location and the staff are amazing! Shame about the closure of the whole lower floor including restaurants and sports bar but hopefully they can get it sorted soon"

"This was pure paradise. The staff makes you feel like you are at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton property and they take all-inclusive to a whole new level. Their tagline should read “anything, anytime”! Whether it is the 24 hour room service, the donuts for the kids at the pool, to the top shelf everything, this resort is well worth the money. "A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper!

"We have stayed here before and find the hotel to be excellent value for money. Room and public areas, very clean. Stylish decoration throughout, not ostentatious. Above all are the staff. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly, worthy of 5 stars. Would highly recommend this hotel."
