"Lovely rooms, very clean pool area, fantastic staff, plenty of variety of drinks, food absolutely gorgeous! Cant fault it for the money! Wouldn’t say it’s 5* but it’s a solid 4* but matched our expectations. It is a bit stuck out on its own though so would benefit from a small internal shop. We would definitely return!
Oh and there is a free shuttle bus into the centre twice a day and very cheap excursions."

"The stay in La Citadelle was wonderful. The location itself is a good balance with the all-senses experience of Marrakech. The 45 minute drive is worth it. A rental car is a good way to combine Ourika/Imlil/Anima garden with Marrakech. For around €35 a taxi will take you from Marrakech to la Citadelle. Nadia is an excellent host, and cook. The garden and villa are gorgeous. The pool is large and clean. The interior and architecture of la Citadelle are jaw-dropping beautiful.

"Beautiful hidden gem for a 2-3 day stay.
The only recommendation is to have more options on the menu for lunch and dinner because it is pretty much the same for both.
The waiters are very friendly and respectful and made our stay great.
The hammam is excellent and good value. The place is great value on a whole.
My second visit and it was as enjoyable as the first. "

"La qualité du service rien à dire parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Par contre la propreté de la chambre moyenne. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit...
Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire dans cette ville. Il faut remonter à Marrakech à chaque fois presque 1h de trajet et le taxi coûte chère.

"As a couple, we stayed at the lovely beautiful venue and booked the sidius suite which is their best one. Everything was lovely however, there was no hot water in the bathroom but other than that it was good. There could be more selection for dinner but breakfast was good. My partner was not an animal fan so if you don’t like cats and dogs, then this maybe an issue for you as the owners have a few pets but was not an issue. The pool was decent size for a quick dip in the morning. Staff...
