"The hotel is absolutely beautiful & well maintained in every detail. Kudos to the gardening staff for the magnificent surroundings bathed in the scent of jasmine. Spa experience (massage & facial) was excellent. My lake view superior room was lovely, clean.
I’d think twice before staying here again for 1 reason: the sub-standard food. We dined at Il Borromeo 3 times & none of our dishes were hot nor prepared as ordered. They came out of the kitchen too quickly after ordering so we gathered they...

"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class.
The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5*

"From seamless room upgrade to delicious restaurant food, service and lake view, to arranging complimentary transfer to the enchanting Villa d’Este sister property to enjoy gelato in a beautiful lakefront setting, to arranging personal appointments, the staff and property far exceeded my expectations.
