"Beautifully clean room! The housekeeper made our room so fresh everyday! The staff are the stars in this hotel though! Every single one was a pleasure to meet! The bar person was a credit to the bar with her smiles and willingness to try to teach us a Chinese word or two! "

"The room was immaculate, the staff were absolutely terrific and there was not a thing that could be improved as everything was 100% good. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when a bag with cards and personal items was left in the safe. "Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "
