"The only issue we had was with the bed configuration. We requested 2 beds at the time of our reservation and 3 days before I received a phone call in Italy to tell me that was not possible. The woman who called said she could not hear when I said that was not satisfactory and she hung up. Thank goodness for the concierge, Mathilde. "

"The rooms are enormous and the service from all staff was really a 5/5. Free spa amenities wet and dry saunas, hot tub, pool with nice robes and slippers provided with the room. There are only 22 rooms so they get to know each guest very quickly. Great stay and would highly recommend."
