"This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The clean room made a great first impression — spotless, comfortable, and really well put together. They also gave me a room with a great view of the city, which made the stay feel even more special.
The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, and check‑in was smooth. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need.
Overall, I had a great experience. Everything felt...

"Staff and breakfast was good. Room was clean and big and with a good view. Very near to central Brussels.
At night, walking from Station (North) to hostel was a little scary as it’s near the red light area"

"I got free bottle of wine as peril member. But it didn’t come till second night, after asking for it multiple times.
Location is great. But some other hotels nearby are more accommodating.

"Recepción buena, la atención del personal a la llegada muy bien. Tiene desayuno para niños gratis. La ubicación del hotel muy bien lo unico malo son las habitaciones, buen tamaño pero si dejan mucho que desear. Muy descuidado los baños, regaderas , paredes. Es un hotel dos estrellas, no es como lo describen refiriéndome a las habitaciones."
