"The location, staff and the hotel as a whole as exactly what I had hoped for. The meeting room on the 8th floor came in quite handy as I worked US hours. The only thing that could be better is the gym. A little too tight to do much but overall had what I needed. I would most definitely come back. Their entire staff was great!"

"property contacted us on day of arrival saying that room was not available due to “building regulations” and tried to check us in at another location.. upon refusal, they magically offered again the original building, but not the room that we paid for, as they were clearly highly overbooked.. we eventually accepted what was offered, and spent 4 nights in a cheaply furnished apartment where bathrooms got flooded at every shower we took.. this is basically a large scale scam operation, where rooms...

"This place is a scam. They pulled a bait and switch. The apartment I reserved was closed for repairs. They tried to put us in other inferior and massively downgraded apartments. They also refused to communicate via the Expedia app and only used WhatsApp. Do not rent from these people. "
