"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.
Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. "Ausstattung und Essen sind wirklich super. Eigener Strand mit schönen Liegen und Schirmen und Beach Bar. Die Lage ist auch super, nicht weit von Heraklion und perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Zimmer waren schön aber nicht wirklich besonders, Badezimmer etwas klein in den normalen Zimmern. Highlight ist die Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wird.
Das Hotel ist zwar kein Adults Only jedoch sind die weiteren Pools deutlich ruhiger als der Hauptpool, sodass man auch hier gut entspannen konnte"

"Perfect stay, friendly staff, good location, long walks recommended ( to Centre ville, to a nearby wild beach, to the port) food excellent, but not exactly close by, Attention: few food places, coffee shops and restaurants close to the hotel will charge you over any listed price. The hotel restaurant and bar are very good and convenient: recommended. We had a wonderful sea facing studio: wonderful for us."
