"Great location amazing hotel"

"The unit was very nice, the check-in was very effective, and the location is great. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody 24hours available to address any problems that may arise, the breakfast was quite poor (almost no protein and the protein it had was plain yoghurt), the coffee machine didn’t work. These complaints must be seen in the context of the price, for the price paid I expect much more."

"Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . Le 19 aout alors que nous cherchions l’établissent niché dans la montagne, ne le trouvant pas( par manque de de panneaux nous...

"This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was brilliant. Close to the beginner slopes, lifts, and shops/bars/restaurants. The apartment itself was fab, spacious, clean, with great facilities and a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The ski in ski out exceeded expectations with locked storage cupboards per apartment and heated rails. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely recommend and will return. "
