"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists.
The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace.
We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast.

"Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"

"My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. "Despite arriving quite late due to airport delays, the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which was such a relief after a long day of travel.
