They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "I was really looking forward to this experience and was quite underwhelmed. There were tons of rubbish floating in the bay, and I know it's not the organisers fault but, it hindered our experience. There is no way you can go and swim in the water as one of the activities planner suggest. Also all of the other activities are planned at exactly the same time, not sure why, as other boats making it crowded super turisty and not very pleasant. "The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours."

"Si tuviera que repetir la experiencia, repetiría el mismo crucero. Hotel elegante, limpio y personal muy amable, en especial Thuy. Fuimos a ver una cueva e hicimos kayak. Comimos, cenamos, desayunamos y almorzamos y la comida estaba realmente buena. Todo incluido menos la bebida, cosa que pagando casi 400€ la noche me parece muy feo. Entiendo que no te pongan vino, pero cobrarte una botella de agua me parece muy mal. Es lo único que no me ha gustado y creo deberían cambiar. El resto perfecto 👍"
