"hotel was okay problem is no car parking spot and hotel is very crowded we can’t even find sunbed every morning we have to get up very early(5am or 6am) to find sunbeds then go back to room sleep again food was good but again to get food waiting on the line and the food area no A/C if there is A/C it’s not working good or not big enough it was first and last for us for this hotel i don’t think this hotel is best choice for us"

"What a delightful stay! 🏖️ The beachfront was absolutely stunning with plenty of umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was truly exceptional. The beautiful, well-kept gardens really added to the charm. 🌳 A fantastic value for the money
Highly recommend.
the food selection was plentiful, some meals didn't quite hit the mark taste-wise."

"The hotel was clean and tidy and the majority of the staff were friendly. Positives the food was good , the pool was clean , the pavilions you could hire made the holiday that little bit more special. The gym was good (some machines were well worn). The only downside I would say about the resort is the constant selling of products when you were at your sunbed, first the spa people trying to sell a massage , followed by a person trying to sell a shopping expedition, followed by one of the reps...

"I booked a holiday through Expedia, explicitly sold and confirmed as an "Ultra All Inclusive" (UAI) package. Upon arrival at the hotel, the resort management informed us that they do not offer UAI and only operate on a standard All Inclusive basis (no imported drinks or UAI perks as advertised).
The issue isn't just the hotel's misrepresentation, but Expedia's appalling customer support. When I contacted Expedia during the stay to report the false advertising and request a reasonable partial...
