"El hotel está divino e increíblemente limpio, el personal es súper amable, las camas muy confortables, teníamos una vista muy bonita al patio, el ambiente muy ameno, pero para mí lo mejor del hotel es el restaurante “Le Cinq”, nos sorprendió en todos los aspectos …. Lo recomiendo mucho "

"The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and the elevators are excessively small. We had reserved two rooms, but one of them lacked heating and the toilet was not operational. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, the other services did not meet my expectations. "

"Séjour très agréable. Chambre, très propre, accueil, très agréable, tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels, chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était inclus avec la chambre, et nous avons pu nous faire livrer le plateau en chambre ., petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits de qualité
Je recommande cet endroit. "

"Absolutely perfect experience. The hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast so fresh and lots of choices.
Spa and gym facilities are top of the range.
We had the perfect massage too.
Staff were above and beyond.. exceptional !

"Loved this hotel & would definitely stay again if we returned to Paris . staff were great as was hotel room with fantastic shower.its in a mainly residential area but walking distance to champs eleysee and around corner from Eiffel Tower. Local shops and restaurants and close by .ww didn’t have breakfast but room service food was good .has lovely roof top bar also.nothing not to like here "

"We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had kindly requested a small Valentine’s detail. Sadly, nothing was arranged.
Considering how beautifully Paris embraces Valentine’s Day, it was surprising and disappointing to see no festive touch at the hotel , not even a single rose in the lobby.
The location is excellent, but the lack of attention to special occasions made the experience feel impersonal. For that reason, we would not return."
