"Hotel and room beautiful. Comfy beds. We initially had 2 rooms and had to change 1 due to unforeseen circumstances. This was very difficult, I called the hotel a few times and spoke with Luciana in reservations who was rude and unhelpful. She asked me ‘what did I want’ and refused to take my number when I asked for the reservation manager Christina to call me back. That phone call never came.
However, when we got here the people on reception were lovely especially the porter who took us too...

"We found the Zoetry Mallorca a lovely place to stay with two teenagers.
The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel.
The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous.
We would definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca for a relaxing break and a good base to visit several attractions and beaches in Mallorca."

"I was put in a room where the AC did not cool the space. Thermostat read over 25 degrees Celsius. In other words, it was more comfortable to sleep outside. It was a terrible experience since it was late and nobody helped. I did not enjoyed it and I felt I overpaid for the type of service I got. Very disappointing."

Der Tag startet entspannt mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet auf der einladenden Poolterrasse oder in klimatisierter Räumlichkeit.
alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Auch der freundliche Hotelmanager ist für jeden Gast da , und sucht jeden Tag ein kleines Gespräch mit den Gästen.

"Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende einfach ein absolutes Highlight. Die modernen, stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer mit traumhaftem Meerblick waren nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch super sauber.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat jederzeit gemerkt, dass das Wohl der Gäste an erster Stelle steht – kein Wunsch war zu viel.
