"Loved the main pool, the lap pool by our room was dirty and not ready for use. The beach was great. Food was really good but very expensive and so were the drinks. Check-in process was very lengthy and our room was delayed by over 1.5 hours. The lock to our room malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room for hours after the delayed check in which made for a very tough first day. "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
