"My room was only refreshed once during my 5 day stay. I had to go ask for new towels on wells twice. Restaurants not open all day. You must schedule your day around restaurant hours unless you want to pay for meals outside the resort. Staff not very accommodating and no onsite place to buy souvenirs or necessities. "

"Overall fabulous stay! Staff are so attentive and courteous, adults only rooftop is fab, the infinity pool downstairs is perfect for a morning swim - rooms are spacious and all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was outstanding with the selection on offer - cannot wait to stay again "

"We stayed at this property for one night when the air space closed at Barbados airport due to an air traffic controller strike. Pros: beautiful clean property, stunning beach view rooms, great food and drink & friendly serving staff. Cons: check in process painful and daunting. "Loved our room and view.
We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running.
We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that.
The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.
