"Room served our needs but, typical of an NYC hotel, the room was small for 4 adults. The staff very friendly, location worked for our needs, room and lobby clean. Would stay again."

"The hotel is located in a nice part of town and is appealing from the street view. Valet parking was easy, affordable, and staffed by nice and friendly individuals! The lobby of the hotel was inviting and clean. Because of only two elevators in a 14 floor building, wait times were a little long at times the elevators the hallways are clean and well lit. I slept like a baby in one of the most comfortable beds. Nice clean sheets, pillowcases, and comforter! While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well situated and plenty of space is provided. The cleaning staff does a great job and are very responsive. The supervisor of the cleaning staff on duty during our stay was super nice and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our room key and she was able to solve it in no time. I did appreciate the front desk gentleman also coming to the 10th floor with a replacement key. We enjoyed our two night stay and would return even though we didn’t have a great experience checking in. That was the only downside to our entire three days in Brooklyn. While the front desk was friendly and allowed us to stage our luggage there until 3 o’clock check-in and allowed us to check in an hour early into one of our two rooms, the second room was promised to be ready for us at 3 PM. After making several trips up and down 10 floors, to check on the room, our 2nd room was made available approximately at 5:00/5:30P.M. All in all, I would still recommend the Brooklyn Holiday Inn! and hotels.com👍"

"This property was conveniently located to the R train subway. They do have some parking spaces that are first come first serve served in which I was able to get one. The rooms are a little outdated, and the telephone socket was hanging out of the wall, which was exposing some wires and for possible rodents or critters to get into the room through that hole in the wall. Otherwise the bedding was clean. Everything else was clean and the bed was firm so I slept well. In the morning, there was a cigarette smell smoke coming from the hallway seeping into the room so I had to put a towel under the crack of the room door. otherwise, it was a secure and for the most part, clean hotel with a small continental breakfast that was included. The breakfast did not include anything hot except a waffle maker. Otherwise, they had bagels, cereal, milk, and fruit. I would stay here again because it was budget, friendly and clean for the most part."

"This is a clean, no frills place located in a safe neighborhood with its own parking lot. At $25 a night, parking is a bit steep considering there is street parking nearby. But you're paying for safety. It is conveniently located close to the ferry and Van Brunt street, as well as being close to Caroll Gardens. The breakfast was not worth it for 10/day. It was a bagel with cream cheese or a turkey sandwich. We opted to walk and find breakfast ourselves. We would certainly stay here again!"
