"The breakfast was the best I've seen. We had been at the hospital for days and just needed to relax by the pool. The bartender was awesome. The room was comfy, the gym was great the next morning. The staff was very helpful booking more nights. I will definitely stay again!!!!!"

"KING SUITE REVIEW: Breakfast menu was fresh and free with a variety of options, very clean, restaurant on site available, ice machine available on all floors, comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave in room, very friendly staff, safe location, great space for a great price. Room for Improvement: Renovating / modernizing rooms (especially walls) Mattress in the pull out couch are uncomfortable Either way I would stay again because the price is unbeatable for how nice this place is. "The breakfast was good. There was a nice assortment of foods to choose from each morning. The beds were not comfortable (too soft), mattress pad corners popped off every night. The rooms were partially cleaned every other day. Basically the beds were made, towels replaced and garbage removed. The most positive thing about this hotel was the location. It was less than 20 minute drive from great restaurants, shopping and sight seeing in the Scottsdale area."

"The property was well maintained and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and best of all QUIET! I really appreciated the nice complimentary breakfast, and the broad timespan that it was offered (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Great location, walking distance from CVS, donuts, a coffee shop, and an outdoor mall with several really nice restaurants. The rooms were more affordable than others in the area and I will definitely come back."

"Room and property need updating. Plumbing issues lasted more hours than stated on the notification left at our door. Nearly impossible to find parking near our building so longer walks up steep stairs were required. "

"You get a lot for the price. Free breakfast, pool, very clean hotel and front desk staff very nice especially Peggy. The lobby is beautiful, they have an on-site market along with a bar/restaurant. They offer free water and coffee in lobby. Would definitely stay again!"

"Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "

"Since our plane was delayed we called ahead to notify that we would be checking in very late after midnight. Night clerk very helpful and accommodating, he even helped us find a parking spot. Housekeeping only cleaned our room 2 days out of 5 after we requested fresh towels and garbage emptied. Breakfast was average, some items cold because people left the lids open but could be heated in the available microwave. Nice having coffee available 24 hours and lemonade and cookies during the day.
