"The receptionist behaved terribly—it was an experience I’ll never forget. I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family; upon arrival, they tell you they don't have a room available, even if you booked online. They claim it’s not their fault the room was sold to you, and basically tell you to file a complaint if you want to."
