"Great food"

"HMlet's Novena Team is very accommdative. Guests are well respected and concerns raised are addressed. Thanks...the 14 days were well spent. Location is perfect!"

"The receptionist name Alicia is very rude. And I feel like you are not welcome, one old lady staff staring at you in the breakfast area and acting so weird. However, there are some staff are nice. The room is ok , not too spacious but they always cleaning everyday which is good. Food is mehh, disappointing."

"Room was on the smaller side but quite good. I found the staff to be warm and helpful no matter what I needed. The hotel had various amenities useful for budget-conscious travellers and for longer stays. The property was kept clean, but maintenance of the property could be improved with noticeable signs of wear and tear along the walls. The AC in the room was adjustable and worked well. At times the bathroom would give off a bit of a foul odour (coming from the open drain)."

"Our first night stay was horrible with an upgrade to suite room and found out the bathroom shower not working, bath tub drainage was not working. It was late at night and our stuffs were all lay out. Not till next morning we asked for a change of room. If the room has deficient facilities they should not let clients walked in with bad impressions. Breakfast was not much choice. The location is very convenient for shops and restaurants. The executive lounge stuffs are very nice with good...

"Good location, nearby Newton station, it's very favorable for transfer"
