Khách sạn gần Trung tâm Tương lai Y tế ASU tại Phoenix

"The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. I didn’t even mind paying $10 for overnight parking."

"The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels."

"great place"

"Noah at the front desk was extraordinary! Not only did he help get us checked in early but he offered us restaurant choices in the area as well as activities. He was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to help us!"

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

"The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!"

"We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again."

"Second visit this year Kitchen oven was broke both times same unit With a broken dishwasher to added to the kitchen experience"

"Nothing too exciting about the "Resort""

"Decent breakfast."

"Very convenient and enjoyable location"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."

"Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees."
