"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. "
