"The floor squeeze all around the room, bed and pillows not comfortable"

"Old and dirty. No AC. Poor quality."

"It was nice and clean, and center of everything, close to anywhere in Zurich. The only problem was the bed uncomfortable wake up with back pain everyday, only one blanket, and tiny pillows. Nobody around to talk to to get more blankets or pillows, no early check in possible; we arrived at zurich at 1400 tired from 9 hour flight and we had to wait outside the stairs until 1500 on the clock to enter our rooms, no way to enter any earlier"

"The room was very dirty and we have to call the guest , they didn’t respond. We found cleaner staff and had to requested to clean the room. The room was not prepared at all."

"The apartment itself is lovely, and the self-check-in process a day prior was incredibly seamless. We did run into a cleanliness issue at check-in—the washroom garbage bin wasn't emptied, and there were noticeable stains on the bathtub and sofa. However, management was responded quickly and offer to sent a cleaner back to fix everything."

"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk...
