"Not for me"

"Walking from the train station was quick and easy. It took about 10 minutes. The location was perfect for exploring old town and getting to the train station to leave for the airport. Checking in was very easy, someone was waiting for us by the front door when we arrived and gave us a tour and our key. We really enjoyed having a balcony. The room itself is very bare bones and a little bit tattered in need of some updates. The balcony door would not stay closed and there was a leak in the...

"The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular. The location of the property is also excellent, being right next to the station, making it easy to just hop on to buses and...

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."

"Habitación tipo estudio, pequeña en verano muchísima calor! Atención al cliente muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar."

"Would definitely recommend staying here! Close to the Interlaken West train terminal and downtown Interlaken. The room was very clean and comfortable and was a great value. Plenty to do nearby — I had the best chai latte of my life at the cafe across the street."
