"Comme dit précédemment cet hôtel n'est pas un spa, ce qui était un prérequis à ma réservation. J'avais fait une recherche pour un hôtel spa à st jean de luz, et je me retrouve avec un hôtel qui n'est pas spa et qui n'est pas à st jean de luz. Vous devez supprimer cet hôtel de la liste des spa, si ce n'est pas déjà fait."

"The hotel is very central, less than a minute from the beach, not too far from the train station and perfect for exploring Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We booked a comfort room with terrasse. The room is nice (not too large though) and the terrasse features a table and chairs. However there are many restaurants in that street and the tubes from the restaurant kitchens exhaust fans are just by the terrasse so expect the small of cooking. I would chose that room again though as the rooms facing the street...

The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

"Hôtel magnifique de quelques chambres ! Très beau standing. L’accueil, le service sont parfaits. La chambre 9 est grande et très bien équipée (café, eau plate, eau gazeuse, enceinte connectée). Chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux (brunch). Extérieur très bien avec piscine. Parfait pour se reposer et boissons à volonté. Nous reviendrons."

El restaurante es el principal servicio de este lugar, atiende eventos. La comida es muy buena. El servicio a huéspedes tiene horarios limitados el fin de semana. La experiencia fue buena, pero el cierre tuvo un tropezón, pues el encargado de cobrarnos no sabía usar la terminsl bancaria y tuvimos que pagar en efectivo los cuatro...
